What is the Rose Garden?
The Rose Garden is an exclusive group of supporters who believe that every woman, girl, and family touched by the dual conditions of addiction and prostitution should have access to cutting-edge, up-to-date information, resources and clinical care guidelines, a safe place to call home, and the opportunity to connect with others in their area through organized social and educational gatherings. In particular, our Roses have determined to help us reach our goal of employing a full-time Social Worker to serve as Clinical Director. Read more about our goal.
“Roses are Therese’s signature. It is her way of whispering to those who need a sign that she has heard, and God is responding.” From the Society of the Little Flower web site.
Why Give Monthly?
It allows you to budget your support. Each monthly donation that you make combines with those of other Roses to provide what we need both in the short term and the long run. Over time, you are able to give more than you ever thought possible, and we have a dependable source of support for our work
It connects you with our community. As a St Thérèse Rose, you join your efforts with those of others who recognize that the women we serve deserve the very best care we can provide.
It’s rewarding. You’ll receive exclusive updates from Lisieux and key volunteers, as well as surprise gifts and messages about those we have been able to help with your support.
Rose Garden members receive:
- Quarterly progress updates outlining the benefits
- A special Thank You gift to welcome you to our community of supporters
- Your name listed as a Founding Rose Garden Member on the Lisieux web site
- Tickets to an exclusive Rose Garden reception in the fall of each year
The Lisieux Community is entering its fifth year of serving women who have survived trauma, addiction, prostitution, and life on the streets. Join us as we celebrate by becoming a Sustaining Member.
